Hello, the B&B is 10 min on foot from central station Santa Maria Novella. The bus stop of 17 porte nuove marcello is just in front of the B&B or the nearest T2 stop is Belfiore and it is 3 min on foot from the B&B.

What is the external bathroom? where is it?

The B&B has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.Florentia room as a private bathroom inside.The other 2 rooms Boboli & Chianti as their own 2 bathrooms just outside the room.So to access the bathroom you have to exit the room and do a few steps in the aisle.

Perfect stay for a great price

Great stay for a really affordable price point. Francesca, the host made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Even prepared a really early breakfast for our check out. Overall a fantastic find.

The bathroom is outside the room, and not an ensuite but still private just for your use. We were totally fine with it.

Conveniently located stay

Good sized room, comfy bed, breakfast was nice. Host was responsive, sorted any issues quickly and gave recommendations. Shared kitchen is there for you to use as well.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests in the other rooms, not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Very warm host and great service.

The property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very warm and helpful.

It is a 16-20 mins walk to the train station. The nightstand drawer that was hanging on the wall fell off next morning I stayed. Glasses from the lamp were scattered on the floor. Luckily my phone and watch that I placed on the stand were not damaged. Although it was cleaned I still find small pieces of glasses on the floor one day later. I regret that I didn’t take a pair of slippers with me for this reason.

Wonderful stay in Florence

Francesca was the best host she was so kind and helping. She gave us many recommendations for what to do in Florence and she also suggested many good restaurants. The B&B was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also fresh and had delicious pastries. Everything is around a 20 min walk from the B&B which is perfect if you like to walk around the city.

We were very happy with our stay.

Nice room and cozy like at home feeling, especially thanks to super nice host Francesca and her personalized little touches.

There are double windows, but traffic can be still a bit loud for sensitive people. Ear plugs are helpful.

The B&B was amazing, very clean, comfy beds, it had everything you needed and Francesca the host was very helpful and informative and even sent a list of recommended eateries and bars. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of fresh pastries, cake, pie, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, a coffee machine and tea making facilities. The B&B was about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Florence.

Outstanding experience! 10/10

This has been one of, if not the most, outstanding places where we've stayed. It's really cozy, tastefully-decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the place is within a walking distance from the city centre and the train station. Francesca goes the extra mile to make sure her guests feel like home - top quality breakfast with some typical Italian recipes, detailed recommendations about where to go and eat, luggage deposit and always a big smile on her face. If we ever come back to the city we know for sure where to stay. Florence is said to give its visitors the Stendhal syndrome because of all the beauty the city has to offer; without a doubt, this cute b&b is surely part of that charm.

Just the fact that we just spent two days there haha. Honestly, this is your best choice, just book it!
